Application Process

New Student Enrollment Documentation

Verification of legal nameBirth Certificate

Verification of ageBirth Certificate or Passport
To enter Kindergarten, a child must be 5 years old on or before September 1.
To enter first grade, a child must be 6 years old on or before September 1 and successfully completed Kindergarten.

Verification of Immunization and Physical Exam
Proof of immunizations on a Form 680, which can be obtained at the Orange County Health Department; 832 W. Central Blvd., Orlando, Fl. 407.836.2600
Proof of physical examination by a U.S. doctor within the last year. If documentation cannot be provided a physical examination must be obtained within 30 days.

Verification of Academic History
1. Transcript. 2. Withdrawal Form. 3. Last Report Card

Verification of Special Education Information (if applicable)
1. Current IEP. 2. Current 504 Plan.

Verification of your domicile in Orange County (one of the following)
Current Homestead Exemption Card, property tax statement or signed Settlement Statement.

  1. Current Lease (Additional documentation may be required).
  2. Verification of Address. Parent or guardian’s Florida driver’s license or state ID showing the current correct address. Another item in the parent or guardian’s name showing the current address such as: auto registration, current bill or current pay stub.

Verification of Guardianship

Birth Certificate
If applicable you must provide one of the following:
Court Custody Documentation (this includes divorce decrees).

OCPS Educational Guardianship. Available at, The Office of Student Enrollment is located at 6501 Magic Way 100-B, Orlando 32809. http://enrollment.ocps.net

Registration Process
Please call our enrollment office to make an appointment and fill out the online form. Once you have all the enrollment documents bring them to the appointment with the required fee of $80.00. After we receive your documents and payment we can schedule a testing date. A date will be scheduled for testing, and a new appointment date will be established to go over the results of tested material reviewed by our staff. Parents or Guardians must be present. Once accepted, please fill out a registration form and make the corresponding registration payment of $100.00.

Application Fee: $80.00
*Enrollment Fee: $100.00
*Enrollment fee guarantees your student(s) seat in the class. If your child is unable to attend at the start of class; his/her seat will be awarded to another student. Mid-Year withdrawal fee 10% of total yearly tuition rate

The materials fee covers per-child fixed costs and includes, but isn't limited to:
-Book rental -Copying -Lab and technology fees 

Tuition:

Kinder - Grade 6:  $6,500.00 (Annually)
*Additional Fees will apply as needed for high school students.
Tuition may be paid in several ways:

  • One annual payment (due prior to start of class),
  •  9 Monthly Payments (due the first of each month),
  • 4 Quarterly Payments (due the first day of the beginning of the quarter).

Grant and Scholarship Assistance

McKay Grant $345.00

If there is a difference between the scholarship amount and cost of tuition, scholarship parents are required to pay the balance. Families awarded the Step Up Scholarship are still responsible for all additional fees as listed.

How to WITHDRAW and TRANSFER a student from school

To withdraw:
The parent/guardian must go to the currently enrolled school with the following items and complete a withdrawal form and bring the following information:

  1. The Parent’s ID
  2. Any checked out items that need to be returned, i.e., books, electronics (laptop), instruments, uniforms, etc.
 

To transfer:
